Let's go drink coffee together. We would like to get to know you personally so that we can bring out the best in each other. Let's face it… A resume is a resume and a vacancy is a vacancy. It would be nothing if these two perfect matches didn't match in terms of vision / mission.

Now that we got to know each other personally. Let the match making process begin! We will immediately discuss with you which organizations we think will join you. In addition, we will also provide an extensive report on what the culture is like there and in which we think you will be able to excel.
Working with Navon
At Navon you are central to us as a person. Every person on this earth has his own vision and his own mission in life. Your first introductory meeting! Do not be nervous. We will prepare you well in advance. “Preparatory work is half the battle”. And are you not curious about what it might be like at your future employer?

Second job interview!
The first interview went so well that the company would like to see you again. This time to meet the rest of the team and also to see how far you are in terms of knowledge. That way you can look together at the perfect vacancy based on what you want and what you can already do.

And now it comes. The company is so excited about you. They want to invest in you and see in you a strength that will take the company to the next level. Here they come. With offer and all. They say yes. Do you also say YES?
